Our history
The Friendship Centre was established in 2000 by a group of older people who wanted a place to meet and socialise in the centre of Lancaster.
It quickly found a home at the Lancaster Baptist Church Halls on Robert Street, originally opening one morning a week, before gradually adding more classes and activities to expand to three mornings a week.
